Ryan Siney joined the firm in 2008 as an
associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, Corporate and
Financial Services Department, Intellectual Property Group,
and International Practice Group.
Mr. Siney’s practice focuses on assisting
both large and small businesses with corporate and
partnership formation, securities, corporate governance,
regulatory matters, and settling commercial disputes through
arbitration or litigation.
Mr. Siney also helps clients to protect their
intellectual property through national and international
registrations and infringement actions.
Among the clients Mr. Siney assists are individuals
and businesses in the automotive, financial services,
mortgage, real estate and hospitality industries, as well as
many other unique enterprises.
Mr. Siney received a Bachelor of Arts
cum laude from
Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and a Master of Science
from Auburn University.
He received a Juris Doctor from The Pennsylvania
State University Dickinson School of Law, where he was
elected to the Order of Barristers, named a Public Interest
Advocate, and received honors for academics in banking
regulation. Mr.
Siney was twice selected to represent Penn State at the
Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in
Vienna, Austria, where he was named among the top oral
advocates. He
now serves as a judge for the international moot
competition.
During law school, Mr. Siney worked as a law clerk to
Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice J. Michael Eakin.
Mr. Siney is an assistant editor of the
Vindobona Journal of International Commercial Law and
Arbitration.
Mr. Siney is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania,
Maryland and New Jersey. He
is admitted to the United States District Court for the
Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States
District Court for the District of New Jersey.
