Seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience in civil litigation and corporate matters. Applicant should have an understanding of the rules of procedure; ability to draft pleadings, motions and sophisticated communications; and a strong interest to grow those skills in a busy practice located in Towson, Maryland with additional offices located in Camp Hill, PA and York, PA.

Applicants must be admitted to practice in Maryland; highly motivated; comfortable meeting with clients; and have good marketing, computer and research skills. Book of business and Pennsylvania Bar admission a plus.
